Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Vymic website and your purchase of any Vymic product. By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Vymic" mean the operator of this store; "you" means the person using the site or buying a product.

What we sell

Vymic sells digital products — printable PDF worksheet and activity bundles for children. Nothing we sell is a physical item and nothing is shipped. Product pages state the number of pages, the file format and the age range each product is designed for.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any taxes that apply, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
• Where a product shows a launch price alongside a higher regular price, the regular price is the price we charge outside the launch period.
• Prices may change at any time. A change never affects an order already placed.
• We may cancel and refund an order if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Delivery

Your download link is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email us — see the Refund Policy for what happens if we cannot deliver.

Your licence to use our products

When you buy a Vymic product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

• Print the files as many times as you like for the children in your own household;
• Print and use them with the students of a single classroom you personally teach;
• Keep the files indefinitely and re-download them from your original link.

You may not:

• Resell, sub-licence, rent or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, whether free or paid;
• Share the files or your download link with people outside your household or classroom, or upload them to any file-sharing service, drive, group or website;
• Use the files across multiple classrooms, a whole school, a tuition centre or a commercial programme without a separate licence from us — email us and we will arrange one;
• Claim the designs as your own, or use them in a product you sell.

We keep all copyright and other intellectual property rights in our products, this website, and its text, images and design.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account and your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you give at checkout — it is where your product is delivered. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any related system, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content for use elsewhere.

Third-party services and links

This store runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment processors. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of the transaction they handle. Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and the information on it accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any product or part of the site at any time. Withdrawing a product does not remove your access to a file you have already bought.

Disclaimer

Our products are educational materials offered as-is. They are not a substitute for professional educational, developmental or medical advice, and we make no promise about any particular learning outcome for any individual child. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in connection with any product or with your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
